The Community Support Centre Haldimand Norfolk is a non-profit, community-based organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for individuals and families throughout Haldimand and Norfolk Counties. We offer a wide range of programs and services designed to address community needs, reduce barriers, and promote health, well-being, and social inclusion. Our services include food security initiatives, community meals, seniors' programs, child care, youth programming, and supports for individuals and families experiencing challenging circumstances. Through the dedication of our staff, volunteers, community partners, and donors, we strive to create a welcoming environment where everyone feels valued, supported, and connected. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life in our community through partnerships, promotion and the provision of health, social, community and recreation services.
