My product is paint but my goal has always been building relationships with people first. Meeting people in their homes or place of work to discuss their ideas and answer any questions is the first step. Getting in and completing the work in a timely manner while trying to have zero compromising of quality is next. Ultimately if the customer is happy they will be inclined to introduce me to others based on their experience.
